SINCE 2009

About Integra

Integra delivers full turnkey data center infrastructure with a unique twist: we own and control our supply chain and manufacturing facilities.

About Integra

Established in 2009 as Critical Project Services and later expanded with the founding of Integra Mission Critical in 2014—now unified as Integra—our company was built on a bold idea: to modularize the traditional approach to building data centers.

From the beginning, our integrated approach to design and engineering has allowed us to evolve far beyond our original mission. Today, Integra is redefining how data centers are designed, built, and delivered.

Driven by a vision to transform the industry, we specialize in providing optimized turnkey solutions that combine speed, quality, and reliability. Our advanced infrastructure innovations give us a competitive edge—and give our clients the confidence to meet the demands of a rapidly changing digital world.

Our Core Values: The Foundation of Everything We Do

At Integra, our core values are more than just words—they are deeply woven into the fabric of our culture and guide our actions every single day. Whether we’re designing innovative infrastructure, managing complex projects, or building lasting client relationships, these values shape how we think, work, and deliver.

  • Integrity: We act with transparency and trust in every interaction.
  • Innovation: We push boundaries to deliver smarter, more efficient infrastructure solutions. Creativity and forward-thinking are at the heart of how we solve problems and add value.
  • Impact: We make a measurable difference for our clients, our industry, and our communities. Every project is an opportunity to create meaningful, lasting change.

These principles are lived out in every proposal we craft, every solution we engineer, and every relationship we build.

Integra History

Integra’s history begins in 2009 with the founding of Critical Project Services (CPS) to improve data center construction. By 2014, Integra Mission Critical was incorporated to expand modular electrical solutions, launching innovations like Engineered Computer Rooms and hyperscale modularization. Over the next decade, Integra scaled rapidly through global expansion, manufacturing breakthroughs, and strategic acquisitions. In 2025, CPS and Integra unified under the Integra brand, offering turnkey data center solutions with integrated MEP manufacturing and construction expertise.
