Brandon McDaniel is a Co-founder and Principal at Integra, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing and building mission-critical and power-generating facilities. As a process-driven leader, he oversees Integra’s operations and strategic direction, ensuring that the organization consistently delivers high-performance solutions with precision and reliability. His extensive technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within mission-critical environments and large-scale industrial projects, has played a key role in establishing Integra’s reputation for excellence.
Brandon has successfully led the design, construction, and commissioning of numerous data center projects. His skill in aligning technical execution with strategic goals ensures that every project adheres to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Matthew Koerner

Matthew Koerner is an innovator and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. As a Co-Founder and Principal at Integra, he leverages his deep engineering expertise to design and develop cutting-edge, energy-efficient solutions that drive the company’s mission forward.
Matt’s career spans the globe, with successful execution of mission-critical and power generation projects in over 30 countries. His unique blend of technical acumen and strategic insight stems from his dual roles as a professional design engineer and construction manager, allowing him to seamlessly integrate advanced technology systems into complex environments.
At Integra, Matt is hands-on throughout every phase of a project—from concept and design to procurement, construction, and commissioning. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, is a Class A General Contractor in multiple states and holds numerous patents in the fields of energy storage, efficient mechanical systems, and mission critical systems integration, underscoring his commitment to sustainable and high-performance design. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and actively contributes to industry and educational advancement through a number of board and committee roles with various professional organizations and universities.
John Kolar

John Kolar brings over 30 years of expertise in the HVAC industry, with a specialized focus on data center cooling systems. As Principal at Integra, John plays a key role in sales and business development, drawing on his deep technical knowledge and longstanding client relationships to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions. His expertise spans modular data center electrical systems, process cooling and heating design, variable volume process water systems, thermal storage, and condenser water-based cooling.
John is known for his customer-first approach—he understands what clients need and ensures those needs are addressed in every proposal. His ability to align technical innovation with client goals has made him a trusted advisor and partner across the industry.

Thomas Neuman

Tommy Neuman brings over 18 years of experience in construction and project management for mission-critical data center projects. As Principal at Integra, Tommy leads the project management side of the organization, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
With a strong background in managing complex projects across both national and international markets, Tommy has worked with colocation and enterprise clients on greenfield developments, retrofits, and shell finish-outs for facilities. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of data center development—including design, construction, commissioning, and manufactured electrical infrastructure management.
Tommy’s hands-on experience in roles such as office engineer, project engineer, project manager, associate, principal, and executive give him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver successful outcomes in high-stakes environments. His leadership ensures that project needs are met with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Lori Willox
Chief Financial OfficerView bio
Lori Willox serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Integra, bringing 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. Her career has centered on financial operations within the construction and real estate sectors, where she has contributed to significant projects both within the United States and internationally.
Lori is responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, finance, treasury, tax, risk management, audit, business advisory, and capital markets. She manages the administrative services group from the Integra corporate office in Dallas.
Lori earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
