Notice to Third-Party Recruitment Agencies

Integra acknowledges and appreciates the interest of external recruitment firms, however, we do not accept unsolicited candidate submissions from any third-party search, staffing, or recruitment agencies unless there is a fully executed agreement in place for a specific role or search assignment.

 Any resumes, candidate profiles, or other applicant information submitted to Integra, or shared with any member of our organization, without a signed agreement will be considered unsolicited. Integra will not owe, and will not pay, any placement, referral, or service fee for unsolicited submissions. This policy applies without limitation to candidate information sent directly to hiring managers, delivered via email, shared through social media platforms, or uploaded into our ATS without Integra’s prior written authorization.

 Integra also reserves the right to contact, engage, interview, and hire any candidate whose information is sent to us outside of an approved agreement with no financial obligation to the agency that submitted the unsolicited profile. This applies to both permanent hires and contingent workforce engagements.

 Recruitment firms interested in being considered as an approved vendor may contact Integra’s Talent Acquisition team for information regarding the evaluation and onboarding process, including eligibility requirements for inclusion on Integra’s Preferred Supplier List (PSL). Only agencies that have been formally approved and are operating under a fully executed agreement with Integra are authorized to submit candidates for consideration.
