When something changes on a jobsite or in a facility, teams are trained to:

what changed: conditions, scope, interfaces, tools, weather.

REASSESS

the plan and controls: PTP/JHA current, isolations verified, roles clear.

RESPOND

and tighten controls, adjust the plan, or stop work until SafeState is restored.
